The Fourth Annual Bio-IT World Europe Conference and Expo attracts life sciences, pharmaceutical, informatics and IT professionals from across Europe and the rest of the world to the magnificent cultural location of Vienna, Austria. The venue provides a stimulating three days to share research advances, information trends and new enabling technologies that are driving biomedical research and drug development to new heights. This year’s Bio-IT World Europe will feature four tracks, each running a day and a half, providing dynamic discussion from world-leading scientists in Clinical Genomics; Data Infrastructure and High Performance Computing; Drug Discovery Informatics to Personalized Therapeutics; and Cloud-Based Bioinformatics.
We have invited an outstanding faculty of speakers from academia, medical centers and industry drawn from organizations across Europe as well as North America. We will have a total of seven keynote presentations, including a discussion of drug regulatory trends in Europe and the U.S. featuring Alison Davis (MHRA), Eric Perakslis (FDA) and Luc Verhelst (EMA). Other plenary presentations are from Ian Dix (AstraZeneca), Paul Flicek (EBI), Yike Guo (Imperial College, London) and Hermann Hauser (Amadeus Capital Partners, UK).
